ZAPP connector · Matrix42 + Ivanti UEM

Manage Ivanti UEM installations from Matrix42 self-service.

The connector turns an approved Matrix42 request into an Ivanti UEM action. Installation, repair or uninstallation remain linked to the request, schedule and change record.

Software provisioning

Self-service must trigger a real action without losing control.

The user chooses software in Matrix42. After approval, the connector sends the action to Ivanti UEM, respects the requested date and keeps the tracking in a change request.
