Data processed
When you use the contact form or email ZAPP, we receive your name, email address, organisation if provided, and the content of your enquiry and subsequent correspondence. The form sends this information by email and does not retain it in WordPress.
The server may also retain technical data required for its operation and security, including the IP address, date and time of access, requested resource and browser information.
To protect the form, Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical signals relating to the browser and request, including the IP address, browser information and request origin, to distinguish human use from an automated submission. ZAPP receives the result of this check.

Recipients
Data is accessible to authorised people within ZAPP and, where necessary, to technical providers responsible for email, hosting, maintenance or security. It is not sold.
Cloudflare provides the Turnstile service used to secure the contact form. You can read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Where a provider involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, that transfer must rely on a mechanism recognised by the GDPR and appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, manage the resulting relationship, followed by the periods required to meet legal obligations or defend rights.
Technical logs are retained for a limited period determined by security needs and hosting service settings.
Anonymous statistics are retained for as long as needed to analyse website trends and are deleted when they are no longer necessary.
