We are ZAPP.

Since 2012, we have designed software with companies whose work we take the time to understand. These collaborations often last: they rely on understanding what is at stake, being frank about decisions and taking responsibility for the outcome.

Our team brings together different nationalities, cultures and professional backgrounds. This breadth helps us look at the same problem from several angles and work with very different organisations without imposing a single answer.

For the long term

Going live is not the end of our commitment. We remain involved throughout the life of products and systems: supporting their use, understanding how they evolve and preserving their coherence over time.

This continuity allows us to know organisations beyond a single project and build relationships based on trust and responsibility.

Co-founder and CEO

Fabrice Raud

Fabrice leads ZAPP and its product vision. As an entrepreneur and solution designer, he works where operational realities, technological possibilities and the ability to deliver meet. He is involved in understanding what is at stake, making structural decisions and following each project through to production.

Alongside this work, he teaches finance, innovation and the use of artificial intelligence at international business schools. This gives him an approach that connects technology with business decisions and the everyday work of teams.

Co-founder

Sandra López Ramírez

Sandra looks after the human and operational balance that enables ZAPP to work for the long term. Her journey between Colombia and Spain has given her a particular attentiveness to people, real situations and relationships built on trust.

She oversees internal organisation, relationships with colleagues, and the company’s administrative and financial balance. Her empathy, consistency and practical judgement give ZAPP an essential continuity that is often discreet but decisive.
